Västerbottensost

Västerbottensost is one of Sweden’s most iconic cheeses, known for its distinctive character and rich, intense flavour.

Since 1872, it has been produced exclusively at the small dairy in Burträsk, northern Sweden.

With world-renowned chef Björn Frantzén, actor Dragomir Mrsic, some fake smoke, and a generous amount of Västerbottensost, we headed into the forest for a two-day shoot.

The result: a series of new brand films, now running nationwide across Sweden.
